MHM, do you have a trick for keeping the skins on your beans from all peeling off? It never seems to be just a bean or two at my house, but practically the whole pot.
No, I never even thought about it before! Sorry. I actually try to slip chickpea skins off because I don’t the texture of them in hummus.
