Pumpkin pie smoothies are almost as good as pumpkin spice lattes.
Lately I’ve been making smoothies with protein powder for a little boost in the middle of the day, and I usually use cocoa powder to mask the taste of the protein powder – I haven’t found a plant based protein powder that I really like (I’m not much of a stevia girl). But I’m willing to change!
A dash of pumpkin pie spice and some pumpkin puree makes this taste like pie in a glass and as a bonus, it’s packed with healthful nutrients such as beta carotene.
