Elizebeth Esther hosts a great meme called the Saturday Evening Blog Post.  It’s on the first Saturday of the month, and you link up YOUR favorite post from the month before.  The one that was the most meaningful to write or that you think best represents your blog.

I had a hard time choosing this month – I almost linked to “safer” posts, like the ones about saving an emergency fund or not spending money and failing, or the roundabout way I plan our menus.  Posts that that are more in keeping with my blogs lack of niche. (Am I a frugal blogger?  A foodie?  A homeschool blog?  Nah.  I’m a dabbler in many areas.  I’m the liberal arts program of big family blogs.)
