		<description>The &quot;london broil&quot; cut is basically an untrimmed flank steak.  I&#039;ll probably do it with ginger and onions, because that&#039;s a favorite around here and the only way my husband will eat ginger, which I like but he loathes!  (Except on steak with caramelized onions!)

Randall&#039;s had london broils on sale - 1.77 a pound which is a good price for boneless beef steaks in my neck of the woods.  That&#039;s why we&#039;re having steak sandwiches and other red meat this week!

I bought 8 more bricks of cheese at Kroger&#039;s $1 sale.  They&#039;re encased in plastic and expire in Feb. 2010, so I might not need to wax them unless I want to keep them as part of our hurricane stash (i.e., not refrigerated).  Probably, I&#039;ll procrastinate the waxing thing until they cheese is long since eaten, LOL!</description>
