   Looks like you’re making progress in keeping both your family’s wallet and tummies happy! I especially loved the meatless recipes you provided on the sidebar. I’ve found that cutting meat from my diet really helped to lower my grocery costs. 
   It’s great that you added more protein to the Indonesian Curried Bean Stew and if your family enjoyed the chickpeas, you should check out this delicious recipe for Indian- Style Chickpeas: http://www.meatlessmonday.com/recipe_dinner_070416. As an intern with Meatless Monday, as well as a vegetarian in my everyday life, I can tell you I appreciate a good veggie recipe with lots of protein. Meatless Monday is a nonprofit public health initiative with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health that encourages cutting back meat consumption one day a week, reducing saturated fat intake to reduce risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and cancer (as well as decreasing our carbon footprint.) The Meatless Monday recipe archive (http://www.meatlessmonday.com/mealplanning) offers meatless recipes that are tasty, healthy, and the ingredients won’t break the bank.
    And thanks for the links to Laura’s Menu Plan and Gayle’s Grocery Cart Challenge; they have some great recipes too!</description>
